Approach
After chatting about her more recent and unique experiences teaching abroad and different curriculums, I created a page aimed at either 16-18 year-olds themselves, or their parents, who were looking for a tutor for English, and leave them no doubt that this was the best person to tutor themselves or their child. I made use of her international experience where the implied benefit was that a different perspective on learners will naturally ensure she was more inclusive that someone without that experience.

Client and product
The client was an English Teacher and Tutor looking to rewrite her profile for a tutor website aimed at GCSE and A-Level English Language students aged 16-19. The project required an updated bio for her tutoring profile to encompass more recent experience and to sell her remarkable skillset.

The challenge
Having not tutored for a few years, the client was now in a different stage of her career and life - coming to the end of her maternity leave, and her recent experience since she last tutored was extremely varied to say the least. The tone was to come across as personable, friendly and professional.



The initial aim was to garner new students as the academic year progressed.
